Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by AL Hospitality (Arthur Leleu) to business clients (B2B).

2. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is formed once both parties have signed the individual Service Agreement covering the selected service(s), as detailed on our Services page.

3. Fees and Payment
Fees are as agreed in the individual Service Agreement. For single-project services, a 30% deposit is due upon signature; the balance upon delivery. For recurring services, fees are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days.

4. Liability
See the liability clause of the individual Service Agreement, which forms an integral part of every engagement.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent legally permissible.
