With more than a decade of international hospitality experience across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, Arthur Leopold Leleu has developed expertise in multi-property operational oversight, guest experience, quality leadership, project implementation, pre-opening environments and hands-on decision-making.

He holds a Master’s degree in Luxury & Design Management, complementing his operational background with a strong understanding of positioning, design and the luxury guest experience.
